Description of the editon
The target audience of The Best Realty are the potential buyers of the premium class real estate and which consists of two segments:
1. Wealthy Latvians. 2. Residents of other countries who often visit Latvia.
The concept of The Best Realty is based on three main principles:
1. Only elite houses and apartments. 2. Maximum number of properties. 3. No analytical information.
The criteria of the elite property is the price: houses starting from Euro 850 000, apartments starting from Euro 3 000 per sq. m. NB: these prices are chosen only for the first issue and can be increased in the future.
In order to provide the maximum number of properties the basic information on these properties is published free of charge. Due to this The Best Realty has the larger number of elite properties listed than in any other catalogue (in the first issue of the magazine there were 146 properties listed).
It is not strategically correct to publish analytical commentaries as the representative of the elite society have better orientation in the property market than the journalists.
The Best Realty is the only advertising media which in comparison to the other property catalogues is reaching only elite and not any other audience. |
